Glorious framed high art print of the “Tempi Madonna” by Raffaello Sanzio (Italian, 1483-1520) presently in the Alte Pinakothek, Munich.
The image is printed in Germany on satin vintage silk in elegant delicate coloration, and is custom matted in glorious crimson velvet, behind anti reflective glass, in a gorgeous custom American walnut and brass oval frame. A perfect wedding or housewarming gift, or for devotional use on a mantle.
This is a salvaged early 19th century antique, in fine condition, with minor damage on lining paper at back which can easily be replaced while preserving the descriptive label. See images for details.
External frame measures 12 3/4” x 10 1/2”. Image is 3 1/2” x 4 1/2”. Clean frame with a soft cloth and wood oil only, and use a delicate glass cleaner on a towel. Do not spray the frame or glass directly, as this may damage fabric matte.
