A beautiful hand-painted antique porcelain Easter egg hinged decorative box. Hand-colored with flowers and musical instruments. Lovely applied etched metal gold border adorns the perimeter and hinges on one end, allowing lid to lift vertically from clasp.
A lovely container for jewelry, or other special small items. May also be filled with Easter candy and offered as an elegant gift in an Easter basket.
Made by artisans in Limoges, France. Marks at bottom. In fine condition, consistent with age. Measures approximately 4” long by 3” wide. Hand wash only.
