Incredible hand forged pure copper saucier pot lined in stainless steel. Extraordinary heat conduction allows quick braising of sauces, jam making, or highly controlled small frying preparations. A gorgeous handle allows the pot to be hung on a rack when not in use.
Made by master copper artisans at Baumalu, France. 10” wide. Hand stamped.
Hand wash after use, and allow copper to acquire seasoned patina. Polishing required to maintain brilliance. Do not use abrasive creams or polishing cloths. Fine copper polish recommended.
